School Growth Plan

School Goals 2016-2021

Attached below is an updated School Growth Plan. Please check back regularly for further updates. This is a 'living document', meant to drive our instructional practices with the ultimate goal of enhancing student learning. While the specific actions we take may change over time as we respond to the needs of our students, one guarantee is that our focus on literacy, numeracy and social responsibility will remain as the foundation of our work here at Cheam.

Parking Lot Safety

Safety in and around our parking lot in the morning and after school has long been a concern, given the vast majority of our families must drive to school. This ‘Parking Lot Safety’ video has been created to help explain the key points we all need to be aware of. Many thanks go out to Atlee James for putting his talents and time to this project. And do you recognize the student voices? Thanks, Chloe and Charlotte!

AD Rundle Integrated Arts & Technology Cohort (Grades 6 – 8)

The Chilliwack School District is pleased to offer an Integrated Arts and Technology opportunity at AD Rundle Middle School beginning September 2020 for students in grades 6 - 8. An integrated arts and technology approach encourages curiosity, open-mindedness, and a willingness to think “outside the box” within an interdisciplinary, collaborative learning environment. This cohort precedes the opening of the new Integrated Arts and Technology Secondary School (September 2021).
